Shipping policy

We offer courier or pallet delivery, depending on the size/weight of the item(s) ordered, to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. 

We also offer free local pick up (click and collect) from our store at 12 Drumcor Road, Leam, Tempo, Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland BT94 3FE.  Our opening hours are Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm and Sat 8.30am - 2.30pm.  Our store is closed on Sunday.  

Courier Delivery:

Courier shipping rates are £6.75 (up to 30kg) to addresses in Northern Ireland, £9.50 (up to 30kg) to Republic of Ireland, and range from £5.95 (up to 1kg) to £28.50 (60kg) to addresses in Great Britain. Multiple items may require mulptiple parcels to be sent, this will be reflected in your shipping costs. Shipping is based on both size and weight and is calculated at checkout once you have confirmed shipping address. VAT will be added to delivery rates at checkout.  We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days receipt (not including weekends) and you can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days of despatch, dependent on delivery location. Once orders have been dispatched the delivery date is dependant on the courier and is out of our control, but feel free to call us for updates and we will try to track your order.

Pallet Delivery:

Larger items will be delivered by pallet and prices vary by postcode.  Pallet delivery to addresses in Northern Ireland costs £35 plus VAT for a single pallet and to Republic of Ireland costs £55 plus VAT.  You can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days further to despatch. 

For pallet delivery to Great Britain the rates vary by destination.  VAT will be added to shipping rates at checkout.   You can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 days further to despatch. Certain postcodes any encounter a longer shipping time. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT SHIPPING AREA FOR PALLET DELIVERY OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. 

Please note: 

If you order a number of items, they may not all be despatched in a single delivery and in some cases may be delivered to you by separate delivery methods.
